Baruch and the Apocrypha

Let’s learn something about the bible. Did you know that the Old Covenant and the Old Testament are not the same? Think about this … The book of Genesis that covers the time of (Abram) Abraham and the birth of Ishmael and later the birth of Isaac and the sons of Isaac named Esau and Jacob who was renamed by God to Israel and the writings of the prophets, as well as the 70 years of Captivity under King Nebuchadnezzar recorded with Daniel’s end time prophecies are not part of the Old Covenant.

Also I would like to ask if you realize that there are books that are in the Geneva bible written in 1560 long before the King James Version that are left out of that version?

Baruch’s writings in the Geneva bible written in 1560 are not in the King James Version however we find Baruch referred to in the  King James bible without his writings in Jer 36:4 that states… “Then Jeremiah called Baruch the son of Neriah; and Baruch wrote on a scroll of a book, at the instruction of Jeremiah, all the words of the LORD which He had spoken to him.”

We also find that what is known as the “Apocrypha” was in many bibles including the Geneva bible written in 1560 but is omitted in the King James Version. The reason is because King James who was a tyrant hated the Geneva bible. So millions of people today cling to the Kings bible because it is what they were taught to be the correct bible when history shows that the Geneva bible was the bible used in this Nation America for over a hundred years.
